Diet Plan

Things weren't going well lately. I am reluctant to admit that I have put on weigh but the facts and evidence (the number on the scale, the mirror, the skinny jeans) have forced me to. Despite whether you believe, I have put on few pounds around 3kg. I can't fit in my jeans and mini skirt, I have flabby arm and chubby face. (shxt!!) So right now, my foremost mission is to create a diet plan which can help me to slim down effectively and DRASTICALLY~!!!!
