5kg, I couldn't believe the number on scale. I gained 5kg within 2months!! I hav a really hard time accepting that i was gained weigh..No longer can I put on my S size jeans instead i hv to grab for loose giant shirt to cover my stupid fat tummy. Mirrow is a sensory overload. My thigh now is double to my previous, it is indeed an eyesore when i put on the mini-skirt..this is just awful!! Diet is my priority now, apple diet, vege-soup diet, banana diet, the Atkins diet...do tell me me if thr r any effective methods to lose weigh, I willing to try whatever to lose pounds.I want Keira Knightley's bony body~!!!
